Here's another image that I made this past Saturday evening out at Ft. Desoto. After you spend enough time down low with these little guys they accept you as a part of their environment and carry out their busy like you don't exist. I love every minute of it.

Camera: Nikon D200
Lens: Sigma 500 f/4.5
Manual exposure, 1/640 @ f/8, ISO 400
Manual focus, lens foot and chin in the sand ;)
Almost full frame, cropped because of rotation

Hey Blake,
Love the feeling on this one man.... I think the FG is too big in the frame but at the same time because that's the way the bird is looking to it works.
