Joel, I like the texture in the BG. The Fract work is just enough. I like the sharp eye and the comp. Nicely done.:)
Gorgeous background colors! The Jay reminds me of a stuffed animal with all the fuzzy fracting.:p

Like it a lot Joel. Obviously a very nice base image and nice PP too. Excellent composition and fract work! The filter looks great on the bg as well as the bird.
