I would personally go with the OP, I feel it has more depth and feel of the place.

Mital, I like what you did to the whites in your repost, but prefer the water in your OP. Good low angle and would maybe take a bit off the bottom.
Mital, very nice. You got the details, head turn and the catchlight. Nice calm water. Agree with Stu on taking a bit off the bottom. Unless the situation calls for it, I personally prefer less room below than above for birds-in-water shots.
I prefer the WB in the repost, but prefer the untouched water of the OP. I agree with cropping a bit from below. Good details, and I like the hint of colour in the wing.
