Nice wing position and good look at the eye. I might tone down the highlights a bit and trim a little from the top if mine.

I guess it surprised you? Nice grab shot if it did. I like the wings down pose, and the clouds in the BG add some interest. Angle a bit steep, but you can't ask for everything!
