Good exposure and focus on the bird. Nice composition too. I would prefer a less steep angle. There is evidence of some cloning work along the left edge that should be easy to clean up.

Way to preserve those details in the white and black! I find that some of the effects of the steep angle can be mitigated if you can shoot the bird looking directly at you. I too noticed the cloning effects along the left edge and northwest of the eagle's head.
