I wish for a better head angle but the water is the story for me.

A striking capture Scott,
This bird must've been totally still for some time to not have any hint of ripple in the reflection.
Perhaps a bit red. I think some increase of blue highlight levels could improve the cast of the image.
There are some distracting dark blemishes at the bottom of the frame and just below the reflected tail.
hope this is helpful,
Kenn
Nice capture. These guys are fun to watch especially when they stay still for a while. it looks like you did some work on the bottom and left some remains. Not bothered by the head angle. Nice job! TFS
I'm not usually a fan of removing objects, but on this one I would clean up that stuff on the bottom of the frame. Makes for a perfect mirror.
Sweet reflection. Head turn would be nice. i think it could go brighter.
The lighting and especially that reflection doesn't get much better than this.
Could brighten a tad,

Perfect reflection and nice light. A bit dark to my eyes, and agree that an HA would have improved this significantly. Another vote for removing the spots above, below and on the right of the bird.
Scott, the calm water certainly has created a perfect reflection. There are some dust bunnies on top, and one above the tail on the edge of the frame. I would also remove the spots in the water at the bottom, and feel this needs a CCW rotation.
Stuart - I was concerned with straightening so I turned on the grid and aligned the tip of the bill of the real bird with the tip of the bill on the reflection.
