I use Pixel Bender oil paint, plus Topaz Adjust to bring out a little more detail and then converted it to black and white. I know it's centered but I had to crop it close due to other ones surrounding it.

Whatever you did to get the "wave" in those raindrops is incredible! I love how it took such a simple everyday scene and elevated it to a whole other level. The black and white really takes the color out of the equation and leaves you with a pattern and a graphic that really holds your interest. Excellent use of b&w conversion!!!
