This is taken at a set-up in the backyard. I like the unusual pose. There is a plate just below the perch and he is reaching for a sunflower seed. My goal was a pose along the perch. Whites are a bit hot on the head. Removed a section of the plate and added some BG below. All C&Cs are welcome and appreciated.

Hi Jim. I like the perch, the detail and the pose showing typical Nuthatch behavior. Wish his eyes were visible, but you can't get everything in one shot.

HI Jim, Love the pose with him hanging from the perch now if he had only turn his head a tad more to get some eye contact it would be even better.
Quite interesting . . . but I would like to see eye or eyes.
I like this perspective. It's nice to see it from a different point of view, but part of me also would like to know what the rest of the bird looks like too.

THe pose is great IMHO, I do think that at least some eye contact would enhance this. :)
