Slightly reduced sharpness
Hi Ram
I am guessing you are soliciting opinions on what level of sharpness to set? If so, I prefer the OP. One thing this site has provided to me is a better understanding of what I like and don't like and I must admit I prefer sharp crisp images where possible with maximum detail. (Having said that I recently posted an under sharp image of 3 bee eaters, I can't explain that....) I also like the dark background as it focuses attention onto the bird. Nicely framed and good eye contact. Well done

For sharpness the OP is better but I think I'd like to see in between the two. lovely dark BG and the only other letdown is the HA. Otherwise fine with me. :)
A sweet liittle bird and nicely captured Ram,
If they're like our flycatchers here, you were fortunate to get such a nice shot in the clear.
The first post does seem a tad sharp to me and I might prefer the second, but I think some detail in the breast got lost to a slightly brighter exposure in the second one.
Such high contrast light is sure not easy.
I might crop to have the bird very slightly higher in the frame.
