Went looking yesterday for a boreal Chickadee that is in the local area. However, it eluded us. But the black-capped Chickadees put on a decent show for us flying back and forth to feed on the seeds in the pinecones.
Taken with Nikon D3S, Nikon 70 to 200 F2 .8 with a 1.7 telly converter. 340 mm, 1/1250, F 10, iso 2200. Adjusted in Photoshop and Lightroom, cropped, background adjusted.
Hi Myer, Great action you captured. These guys are lightening fast. The busy BG distracts a little but it's still a cool capture.
Myer, I like habitat shots, but this little guy looks a bit overwhelmed with the very sharp and clear beauty on its left.
