To my mind the colours are perhaps a little too strong, but having never seen one what do I know?
Perhaps a tad of NR on the BG, what ISO were you using?
Nice pose. I think the IQ is suffering from what appears to be a significant crop. Would you mind telling us how much of the original image this is? May be able to present with a different crop with the bird larger and still make an effective and appealing composition. :)
