You may recognize this as a footpath in the Mammoth Hot Springs area of Yellowstone NP. Not a lot of processing as the scene was foggy and soft to begin with. I did add some blur tool to the trees for extra softness and the usual PS adjustments. No filters used. :cool:
Beautiful foggy softness. The colors are lovely. That area of YNP is one of my favorites. I can't wait to go back.

Nice effect. The fog causes a bit of graininess and a combination of the grain and fog create a very nice effect.

The colors are gorgeous! Lovely luminance. The contrast between the boldness of the bottom and the softness of the top bothers me, but, that is me.
Thank you Anita! I understand what you are saying, it is a bit different. One thing I liked about this one myself was the hint of trees behind the fog which echoes the texture of the foreground. :cool:
