Any word on an FX successor to the D700?
Norm - no.
The D7000 gives me hope for an improved D300s next spring (guessing.) If the af continues to evolve I would be in the market.
Crud!:( It seems that Nikon doesn't want to risk cannibalizing its much pricier D3X and D3S models. But I can't see acquiring the now dated D700, with its miserly pixel count. Double crud!!:(Quote:
