Lovely colors against the black Bkgd. Excellent exposure and sharpness
A couple of minor suggestions in PS - you might consider cloning/masking out the grey blob midway down the beak and also try to bring out a little more of the red details in the eye.

Love the color Haim! The bird really stands out against the dark BG. Wish we had slightly better eye contact and that you cropped with room for the 'virtual' tip of the bill. In a perfect world, would have liked the entire bill illuminated by the sun.
Ditto Doug on all accounts. I like the concept of the image. The tufted feathers on the head look great and almost 3-D with the slight shadows:).
