I was fortunate last Sunday to sit and watch the interaction of this juvi male (right) and adult female (left) as he begged to be fed. They spent about 5 minutes together and I managed several captures of the action....she never did feed him.

By the end of the encounter I was at f/16 and 1/320 @ 640 ISO but the adult female (on the left) still wasn't completely in focus.

You couldn't ask for the two birds to give you a better pose and/or HA's
Lovely soft colors in the bkgd and you did well to control the DOF with higer f-stops

I love the begging juvi. Very nice poses as Peter mentioned. I think you did a very good job capturing this. A pleasing BG and perch.. As presented I might selectively sharpen the neck of the adult just a bit.
Nice interaction, not often we see two hummingbirds perched together! As mentioned, two perfect HAs. Although not blown by any means, I do find the whites on the adult a bit light - perhaps a bit of burn tool (soft brush, set to midtones, lowish opacity 8-10%, repeat if necessary) would do the trick.
Awwh, love can be so unkind sometimes. :) Very nice interaction captured and something you don't see often.
