Another one from Jamaica Bay Wildlife Refuge. Both Artie and Denise were there that late afternoon and it was a pleasure meeting up with them.

Lovely low angle , colours and water detail, lloyd. I'm wondering about a slight contrast boost and it would be nice to see this a little larger. Eye looks like it may be covered with the nictitating membrane.
Lloyd, Beautiful low angle and sharp details. I like the water splash and the water colors. Does it need a rotation?
Wonderful moment you captued here.
I too think a slight CW rotation is in need.
Great moment captured with a beautiful FG and BG. I agree that a slight CW rotation is needed.
Lovely colors on bird and background. Nice low angle capture, with action and water splash. To my eye, judging from the vertical reflection lines, the rotation looks pretty good as presented -- maybe just the tiniest fraction of a degree CW.
Well done, Lloyd.
I love the low angle, beautiful light, colors on the bird and in the water, the flying droplets, pose, and behavior captured. You got it all on this one.
I appreciate all the comments. If everybody agrees the image needs a slight CW adjustment then who am I to disagree? When I put it on my website, I'll make the correction:)
Hi Lloyd
Nice low angle panned capture with excellent light & colors. Thanks
