PP Zoom Blur - Juvi NH

This was done with a radial zoom blur and then fract lines.

Like the frac and the zoom too Cheryl. Like the nice green in the BG as well.

I have to say that my eyes adjust in such a way that the image seems like it's moving, great effect! Keeps me captivated!
