This is my first time to do a blur. It's fun! I had several layers with a normal flower, a swirl blur under a zoom blur and Topaz adjust applied before the zoom blur to bring out details. Topaz Clean applied after the zoom blur. Layer masked the stamen and center and flattened before I applied Topaz Clean.

Judy, I love the amount of blur on the flower and the colors are great. I kinda wish it were less centered, maybe a bit more right and bottom in the frame. Glad to see the layer masked Stamen. Looks awesome!!!
I like the blur Judy, and you did a good job w/ the mask. Good first attempt. The colours almost give it a HDR look.
Thanks for all of your comments, much appreciated. I agree the crop isn't ideal but I was experimenting so I used the one I'd already cropped and exported from Lr. From now on I'll crop bigger and leave more room to try different crops. I will re-do this one too and hope I can duplicate the settings in Topaz.
Nice work, Judy. Love the dramatic feel created by the zoom blur and great complimentary colors. Agree with above on the crop.
