Only my second attempt at a blur . . . this is totally new to me! Thanks for all of the other fabulous images posted, everyone! It's great to see such variety of talent.

Sandra, Excellent amount of blur and the colors are really nice. Exposure looks good too. You might want to tone down the white streak just a tiny bit. Very nice blur-especially for your second attempt. My first 100 blurs were less than average for sure.

Like it Sandra. Gives such a nice feeling with the blur. Like your colours, (but do find the white a little distracting). Well done.

Sandra, this is a nice blur. I like the colors and the amount of detail in the back of the dress and her helmet. Be careful, blurs can be addicting:)

Hi Sandra, this is very nicely captured. I like the sharpness of the girl's head and arm in contrast to the motion all around. Nice complementary colors too!

I like this a lot, Sandra! Such lovely colors and sense of motion with just enough detail on the girl. Agree on toning down the white streak.

I love the degree of blurring here as well as your framing, but what really makes this one for me is that the child's head is pretty close to being sharp.

Thank you, everyone! I took a whole slew of photographs, but this was the better background of my choices. I'll work out taking out that white line, I agree--it is distracting. I'm learning how to clone and patch. . .not easy to make it look realistic. Practice practice practice.

Sandra, One tip that I use for the clone tool to cover a white streak in a blurred image is to lower the opacity to approx 30% and using a soft(relatively large) brush go over the area cloning from an area within the image that seems neutral. In this image the green BG area.
