Did an in-camera chiaroscuro image and then converted it to B&W and added a blur overlay. Any comments and suggestions would be most appreciated.

Chris lovely subject for theme..like the PP work...I just find it needs something to make it pop, not sure what though, but its just me...nicely done
Christopher, I really like the effect you achieved in camera. Can you share with us your settings? I think the QAL has a nice soft look to it and I like it.
Denise, My settings were f5.6 @ 1/800, ISO 100, -1 EV, pattern metering.
Thanks Christopher. Much appreciated.
Hi Christopher, really good example of the theme elements! I think a tad less of the blur would make the individual flowers stand out more. Well done!
Nice image and application, Christopher.
I agree with Kerry that some degree of sharpness would help the image.
Like your framing and agree with Kerry on a little less blur. Might tone down the whites a bit more. Good job in camera Christopher.
Chris, I also agree on a little less blur. I was looking at it and thinking it might look nice with less blur at the center and then more blur as it moves out into the flower. I very much like the b&w treatment you've used here - it's sharp and contrasty - just the way I like 'em!
Thanks everyone for your comments. Here is a repost with a little less blur as suggested. Let me know what you think.
I would go even less Christopher, but that is just MO.
