Very interesting. Love the colors! Wondering if maybe the lines were just a bit thinner, would some of the facial details be clearer? Maybe you've done this, however, and prefer this heavier lines. Your choice.
Way out there Mark, just wish I could make out what was in the LHS side of the picture to see if it adds to the image or not.
Thank you Jackie for viewing and comment. Appreciate it.
I have attached another rendition of the image, which may help you visualize the image above. I prefer the current one above as it is more my style, but also liked this one, until I stretched my vision a little more. ;) :D
Thanks for viewing and comments Hazel. Appreciate it.
I liked the feeling of this one as noted below in response to Jackies comment. I think the line weight gives the image feel. I was not after a realistic look, but rather abstracting the forms of light and shadows. Thinner lines in my view would have made it more of just a sketch. But again, thank you ... I appreciate all views, for they help stretch out vision to new realms.
Both look very nice, Mark, though my personal preference is for the second one. I just tend to prefer more realistic looks. The first one has a nice abstract painting look to it while the other looks like a beautifully rendered watercolor painting. Well done either way. :)
I really like the top one too Mark, just wish you could put a bit more defintion in the hand.
Hi Mark. We have some pretty different Allisons here! I like the second one better myself, but I can appreciate the first one on a different level. I would like to see something "in between" the two, but as you say...
Thanks Christopher and Jackie for viewing and comments.
Christopher, you might like todays image a little better. Not realistic, but for me ... ;)
I noticed the similarity, in our friends, when I posted mine. However, I figured no one would confuse the images! ;) :D
Now to get between the two rendering ... ??? I'll have to think about that one... maybe someday my vision will level off a little! :D
Don't change a thing Mark! Your creativity is most welcome here. :)
Don't worry Kerry, I won't. ;) But I also am growing here and some transitions are natural. I know I march to a different drummer, but we all contribute to the band! Just doing what comes naturally, as I do not always know what is coming next. Therefore it's easier for me to move the slide to find out. That has taken me down this path so far.
