I knew when I was taking this picture that I wanted the front bird to lift it's head-that never happened. So instead of deleting it I thought I would try out the new Puppet tool in CS5. I have included the original so that you can see what I did. I also added a DAP(Dynamic Auto Painter)layer.

Denise, That is awesome! I just got CS5 yesterday and haven't had time to play with the new tools. I'll check that one out. I like the composition of the image and what you did with DAP too.

Dave, It is very similar to the warp tool in CS4. However you are able to put control points(pins) in different areas to move specific areas of the image. Your treatment choice works very well here indeed. The puppet warp filter is pretty wild! My CS5 is on it's way! Very nice.
