Love the fog and the dark look. When I am around you will always get busted for head angle even in OOTB :)

Sandy, I love what you were able to do with low light and a rocking boat. I see from your EXIF that you shot this at 1/125. The sharpness is remarkable. Agree about the moody feel and that you have done just the right amount of processing. I think this might be a good image to try the chiaroscuro effect on.
