Loverly. The purple and green work great together. I would like a bit more green at the top.
The pattern is perfect and quite interesting. I understand the vertical panning but please explain the twist. :)
Artie, Thank you for your kind comments. Sorry, no more room up top. When I pan the camera upwards in a vertical motion I kinda twist it as I pan so it is not a straight line.:)
Very lovely colors and pattern, Denise. Looks perfect. :)
YAW. I figured no more room at the top. May I assume that you are handholding when you do these?
When you say twist do you mean rotate the lens? If yes, do you go in both directions??? Sorry to be so
My reading skills are fine it's my memory that is shot :) I am still trying to understand if you rotate the camera in only one direction as you pan upwards or if you go first in one direction and then back the other way, in other words, CW and then CCW or the other way around....
one way
Got it. Thanks.
Hi Denise, don't often venture into here, very glad i did, this is really, really good. I love the diffused, translucent, soft, pastel colours and the twist is spot on, perfect. Can't help but think of stained glass windows????
How many takes to get this?:)
TFS
Steve ;)
Very neat effect D, so many variations on blurs. Really like the final product, but do agree about more green at the top.
Thanks folks I appreciate the kind words.
Steve, I took approx. 10 shots and got two keepers-which is on the high side. I usually take 100 and keep 2.:)
I'm so glad its not just me...:D
Love this - it reminds me of little blue flames - colours are beautiful :)
Thanks Nicki, I appreciate it:)
