This is a female RT that has a very overgrown beak. I don't know how long it will be before she can't eat. If I had seen her earlier I would have contacted the local CO and suggest we trap her and cope her beak. Can't now as she is sitting on eggs.

Interesting Roy. It looks like the lower mandible crosses the upper on this (left side) of the bird. Maybe this is the reason it can't keep the beak honed down?
