7D Firmware Update 1.2.1

Just updated my 7D's Firmware using the link below:

Went well, hope this helps.

Did the update on Friday. Have seen or had no issues so far. Went out and shot about 200 pics yesterday all looks good. (Thats for those who are unsure about doing it)
