Looking Back - White Pelicans

I'm stuck on Pelicans I guess:) I used Fract. Rounded and then tried Topaz Adjust 4, Painting Venice but masked
the Pelicans back in.

Comments and suggestions appreciated.

I find pelicans ungainly birds but this image gives them a graceful look. Love the water and the composition, really nice.
