I added a bit of Fractalius and then a Color-efex layer to get some layered colors in the image. I do wish for a bit more head turn BUT...

That is too cute, Denise! Love the soft yellow at the bottom of the image against all the other colors but that 'crown' on his head is really what made me smile. Beautiful simplicity...
