My first posting for this week's theme... this was taken late in the afternoon. The settings were
7D, Sigma 50-500mm @ 417mm hand held
1/8 sec, f/32 Mode: Tv Metering: Evaluative ISO: 100
Adjusted exposure and blacks in ACR. Increased the saturation by few points. Your C&C will be appreciated...

I like this one a lot. I'd ease off on the yellow SAT though. One of the big problems that arises with this type of slow shutter speed images is that the head is the first thing to lose definition... (Been there, done that too many times...)
