Lion Cubs

taken during our 2005 trip to Singita Boulders _ South Africa - just happened to run across this shot today - very little post - slight Topaz with reduced opacity - shoot with D2x 200-400 mm at 200mm 1/3 sec f4.0 -

Billy, I just love this! The amount of blur is perfect IMO. I like the interaction and the movement.
You could add some canvas to the sides and bottom and take a slice off the top and adj. the color cast if you wanted to but it's still fantastic as presented.

Thanks for the comments _ I agree with the tight bottom and side - how best to add canvas and fill? I never can seem to make it look real - I did not do my usual duplicat copy - average blur-curves tick to remove the color cast - if I could get a decent additonal canvas _ I would repost - BTW the black at the top is the mother's tail

Billy, You could add the additional canvas. Then use either the clone tool or add a layer w/ a mask or use the marquee tool and drag some of it over a bit. If you need more guidance please feel free to PM me for a more detailed explanation.:)

Billy, I think that it looks good but I think you should try to keep that rear foot and smooth the transition a bit more.
