I posted last week but apparently it was early.:D So there are no repetitive comments, I would like to ask you which version you think is better. One sharpened for web and one not. (in that order). I sometimes do up to eight versions of one photo befor I decide on the one which I like. (sharpened for web)

Jackie, Still a great looking image and fantastic look with the filter. I like the sharper version.

frankly, I'm having trouble seeing any significant difference. Denise, where do you see more sharpness that you prefer the first post? Maybe I'm just missing it???

Jules, To me the eyes just pop off the page in the first one.:)

IMO there is a subtle, ineffable difference between #1 & #2. I like #1 better. It seems to pop more than #2.

Another vote for #1, how could you not love that face???? It's almost apologetic, and sooo beautiful!

Okay, I was totally looking at the fur and not the eyes! I vote #1 as well!

This is a great capture, Jackie. I think the eyes are more compelling in the first one. I like the effect of this.:)

besides the eyes, #1 just seems a richer image in colors and sharpness.

Thanks for re-commenting everyone, seems our themes got reversed. To re-iterate this was two layers, frac'd with B and w sketch edge line(sharpness at zero) and blended with the base layer. Eyes masked back in. I find frac really near for images with sharp and smooth textures. It sharpens the sharp and leaves the smooth pretty much alone.

He does look familiar Jackie, and just as cute as always! I like the sharpened version better and I love the frac treatment. Very tastefully done!

Jackie, I like #1 - it seems to be a little richer. Beautifully, cute little guy - love the expression:)
