Nancy, Nice looking effect applied. I might try to lighten the Stork a bit if it were mine, but just a bit. Looks a tiny tight on the bottom. Very cool neon colors and the outline really shows off the lines of the bird.
Nancy, I like how funky the head came out! The eye is still clearly visible but it really gives the head some added interest. Agree with Denise that it would be nice to have a little more room below the feet if you have it. Also, the big white area on the belly area - might clone that out if it were mine or at least minimize it a bit.
Nice one...thats one way to make an ugly bird ...shine...well done
Needs a bit more room all around and it is too dark and somber for me... :) Can you post the ORIG?
Here is the original lovely model that I used for the neon glow bird. That whitish part in his belly is actually part of the pendulous wattle. This is a huge bird at 5 feet tall and I'm afraid I clipped off a bit of his feet. It is peculiar to photograph a bird nearly the same height as yourself (I'm just 5'4"!).
Nice image and application, Nancy.
While it could be lightened, I think it enhances the glow as is.
Too bad the original is tight. A little more room on top and the right would help, as well as the feet.
But ... Your image ... Your vision.
Thanks for the repost here Nancy. #1: The color balance is way off. There is a big yellow possibly red cast in the ORIG. I corrected that above...:) using the Robert O'Toole Average Blur Color Balance trick that I taught on the IPT. It is in Digital Basics :)
#2: The more that I look at the image in Pane #1 the less that I like it:) Sorry, need to be honest and not much way to say that gently but I feel as if I am among friends here. So I took a crack at it with one of my Glow 100 pre-sets and came up with a totally new version. Feel free to not like it :)
Things are going quite well on all fronts :)
