this is a multiple exposure and an image overlay all done in camera. the multiple eposure was a blur of feathers at f/22. then i set the camera at normal settings and took a portrait of the bird (parrot). then i overlayed another blur on top of that.
butterfly world last weekend.
thanks for looking. comments and critiques much appreciated.

Magical, Harold. The essence of a very colorful species of bird:) The eyes and feathers are beautiful. Great in and our of camera work. Kora

Very creative image, Harold. I like how the bright colors form a pleasing abstract, yet you can still see the parrot through the colors. Well done. Only thing that bothers me a little is the fact that the colors in the URC are so much brighter compared to the rest. Would like to see that area toned down to match the rest, or the rest of the image saturated more to match it.

I like this effect Harold, wasn't sure who/what eye was, then I read...a lovely abstract result

Harold, I love the abstract look - my first thought was flamingo but I see it now. It would be beautiful with just
the feather blur also:)

Very cool Harold I really like this. Must have been fun to work on. Has a surreal/ fantasy feel to it. Wish Canon had that feature.:)

Harold, Beautiful colors and blur work. I like that you took an image of the parrot and did an overlay -that was the master's touch.
