another in my "If I were a raindrop" series - very little processing - Nik high key - PS selective colors -
BTW for those that are interested Mark S. Jonson has a terrific book "Botanical Dreaming" with lots of OOTB techniques also another book of all white flowers is Searchings - Secret Landscapes of Flowers volume III by Barbara Bordnick - I enjoy both

Love the water drops Bill! The colors almost look like a tritone technique and the peak values are nicely controlled. Very pretty.

Bill, I like the delicate color and texture here. The detail of the edges keeps drawing my eye in to the center.:)

Love the purple touches, the composition, and the soft feel. Exquisite in my book! And, speaking of books, I'll check out the titles you mentioned. Always looking for inspiration!

Lovely colours and comp. Wish I had time to read the books but will just have to look at inspirational images like this one!

Lovely image, Bill. Great detail and clarity and the whites are spectacular. If this were mine I might take a bit off the left side of the frame to get the center more into a ROT's position but this is lovely as presented as well.

Nice high-key effect, Bill. Love the bits of color! :) I might place the flower center further to the left to move it out of the center.

thanks everyone - I too debated about moving the flower center to the left - looking now, I think it would be stronger - exactly the type comments I need
