G'day Kora,
Your painting is beautiful a perfect blend of soft colors that portrays your Dalhia in all its glory.
I love your presentation as is,
Keep up the good work
Uncle Gus
Aussies have a special place in my thoughts after flying with them in WWll
An interesting piece of artwork, not sure about the green, but love the colors of the red flower..TFS..
G'day Uncle Gus:) Many thanks for your very kind words. I'm so very pleased you like my presentation. WWII is sooo long ago. Though I am old enough to remember it. Glad you have fond memories of us Aussies. Rivalry wasn't always sweet betwen the armed forces. What was some said about your guys? Oversexed, over paid, and over here. LOL I was too young to know, at the time:) Kora
Paul, thanks so much for looking and commenting. Worked hard getting that red glow. So glad you like it:) Kora
Kora, Nice glow and colors. The embossing really defines the petals and the bud well. If it were mine I might take a small sliver off the bottom and try to blend the OOF FG leaf into the BG. Very nice work, thanks for sharing your workflow.:)
Very nice, Kora. Love the texture and colors. Well done with processing. TFS.
Many thanks denise, and Indranil, for looking and commenting. Really appreciated.
I see what you mean about the oof leaf at the bottom denise, and will have a go at improving it. Thank you for the suggestion.
Kora, I love the lighting and colors! I think it'd be nice with just the flower in a tight crop also.:)
