I ran this through Nik Software Color Efex Pro, used the solarization filter.

Hye Mike, That Daisy is one sexy lady. Love the effect and the colors. I would love to see a version with the center of the flower a bit sharper. All in all I love it.

Love that solarizing filter!!! Agree with Artie that a sharper center would be nice but those satiny steel petals steel the show. ;)
