I took this image at Placiba Pier yesterday while photographing with Artie, Alfred, Fabs and photoshop Guru -Tim Grey along with alot of other wonderful folks on the SWFPW IPT.
It is an in camera blur that was purposely overexposed.

Nice image and application, Denise.
I would do some work on the RB to open it to better match the LB, if it were mine. I would also evict the bird near the RB as it does not fit in with the other birds IMO. But ... Your image ... Your vision.
I like the effect and the overall shot though! ;) :D

the more I look at this one, the more I like it.. wonderful sense of motion Denise and I really like the muted colors. Unique and creative as always :)
