*Kostas, 3 or 4 these "nickeds" (serrated), 40-50 min boiling, spiced and flavored with herbs, sit on the barbecue...
-some small glasses of UZO, or boilid tuica (is pronounced tzooïka-is a distilled from fruit or grapes - 30~35 degrees alcoholic - Romanian specific product) with less sugar and a few grains of pepper...
-or some glasses red wine...
- In the end- Romanian pie with cheese and dried beans and cinnamon and dusty with sugar vanilt (my wife cooks it)... beer or semi-dry or sweet white wine...
