Another attempt at Fractalius - this eagle was photographed in Canada last September. I actually passed it through two filters in Fractalius, then combined them with the original (eyes), and used layer masks to select the portions from each I liked best - I then applied Topaz adjust on the whole composite.
Jim, you got a winner here! Great image to start with; visually very pleasing. The glowing feathers have come out well as also the eye. Very well processed.
Nice work Jim! Very dramatic treatment. I like the contrast of the glowing edges and the softer feathers underneath.

Jim, Fantastic fractalius look. I am on my laptop and it is a bit brighter than most monitors so I can see a color streak under the bill. I might add a layer w/ black fill and remove it. Very nice eye and tongue.:)
Fantastic Fract image! This was perfect for this treatment - it is bold and beautiful just like the eagle. Fits nicely in the frame and really has impact!

Very excellent on the Fract work. Love the feathers and the tongue. I would definitely lose the light yellowish vertical band below the bill.
