Another fall Adirondack in-camera blur. Canon EOS40D, ISO 100, SS 3.2s, f/16, 100mm... Just tried various in camera blurs, shakes, pans...not exactly sure which this was but liked the effect. Time to start keeping notes on what I/m doing in the field.

Nick, The colors are beautiful and the slight amount of blur works well here. Lots of depth and texture. Nicely done.

The one thing that stands out, is the blur between the birch trees. It is not consistent with the rest of the image, for whatever reason. Otherwise, I like it.

It looks to me like you did a short back and forth motion here but don't hold me to that! I, too, like the overall effect and the amount of detail still left in the image. I'm not sure I love the brightness of the yellow but it's growing on me...
