Yes you did! I've really missed your IR images, Michael! The contrast in this one just blows me away. I can't get over how black the blacks are in these IR photographs...it's just stunning to look at them.
For my taste, I might take a little off the top - bring the frame down to the very top of the tree on the right side, eliminating that one branch on the ULC. Still, I hate to intersect the one cloud so maybe this is better.
Love the way it all rolls back into a small focal point...lovely comp.
Michael, I have missed you IR images too! I like the reflection and the way the image pops. I agree w/ Jules and I might take some off the top to just under the branch in the ULC if it were mine.
Love the details and composition, Michael. Ditto Jules and Denise on the ULC branch. Well done.
This is beautiful. Shots like this make me want to mod my old Canon 20D for IR. One of these days...
I would worry on the cropping suggestions about cutting through the clouds. I'd rather have that dark area up above. Maybe if the tree limbs are that much of a distraction (they are a bit), it would be better to clone something else up into that area??

Michael, I always enjoy seeing your IR images, and this is no exception. The PP is always top notch. You have really perfected the technique. I really need to practice more.
Michael - this is so lovely. I love the different textures of the palm tree fronds, tree leaves and clouds.
And the blacks!! Now I know what to do with my 30D:D
