Which camera and lens?
Is this a big crop? To me, there are no distractions. However, there is a drop in sharpness.

Canon mark 1d3 and a 500 f4. I stand very close too the bird but ther are really moving fast.

Beautiful pose and wonderful eye contact. On my monitor it appears a little soft. Many thanks for sharing this beautiful bird with us. It is a first for me Wilen.

Nice work. It may be a little soft but that does not bother me here. I might have wished for a darker blue background or a different background altogether to make the bird stand out more...but as is, I still like it.
