This was taken a few days ago. I am curious how it looks as I am using a new laptop and CS4 from CS3 before. 50D, 500mm f/4 at f/4, 1/750, ISO400. It has been cropped and the normal things in pp'n. Tks for any comments, Dave

I like the detail on the head and perch. Would like different head angle and more DOF. Is there an overall brown color cast or just strong colors on the perch and backround?<qtlend></qtlend>

Nice perch and good sharpness....better watch out for the Head Angle Police! :D
Thanks for the comments. BG is pretty much same as the perch, so pretty brown. I did do a colour correction and adjusted to where i thought it looked pretty good on the bird.
HA police? They here too?:):) Dave
Hey Dave, I think this is one of your better shots. The colors and the HA seem fine here. I might tone down the whites on the brighter side of the bird though. Still a fine shot.
Thanks Aidan. Much appreciated.:) Dave
