Took this shot at Little Estero Lagoon a month back
M3 + 500mm + 1.4tc shot at last bit of light.

Your spoonie is sharp, well exposed, great wing position, angle in frame.
The golden light is pretty special. I might play around with the color temp. a bit however, as I thought the bird itself looked just a bit better at a slightly cooler temp.
You might consider some work on the eye because the nicitating membrane is partly blocking that great red eye.
A sliver more canvas at top would help with the wing crowding.
Last thought, perhaps darken the left upper corner slightly to help focus our attention towards the bird.

I went back and looked at the color temp of your bird on a different monitor. On the second one, which is closer to the sRBG standard, the colors look very good. My main monitor has a very wide gamut, and even though it is calibrated in the sRGB emulation mode, it still tends to make certain images look a bit too saturated.

PS: Be sure to add your ISO, shutter speed, and anything special in post processing. It helps others critique your image. Metering mode, compensation if used, etc. also help us all learn what works.
Good to see ya here Chad welcome! I like this shot, mainly because the light. Nice and sharp, agree with a little more at the top.
