Christopher , You handled the color toning and the composition well. I think the end of the acorn could be a bit more defined either w/ contrast or tonal adj. Nicely done.
I really like the side lighting on this, Chris. You can almost feel that ray of sunlight coming in to the image. Excellent!
I like how this gives the impression of gold leaf!
