5D Mark II - 3 questions

1-Is there a way to set the AF-ON button so that, once you press it, you don't have to keep pressing it and it will still retain autofocus, overriding the shutter butoon's autofocus even after you change your composition by pointing the camera in a different direction?

2-Has anyone changed the Focusing Screen to the Eg-D screen with a grid? Worthwhile?

3-Is there a way to bracket for 5 exposures, rather than 3?

1- you can decouple AF from shutter button CF IV-1 and activate it with AF-ON, so that shutter locks meter and AF ON activates AF but you have to keep pressing it if you want the camera to focus.

2) Yes, I use it with MKII all the time helps with composition (for me) it is relatively inexpensive so you can't go wrong

You are welcome remember that you need to set the correct Cfn to tell the camera you are using Eg-D or it might throw your meter off.

And to me this is its biggest failing along with not being able to use mirror lock-up and trigger the bracketed exposures with one shutter actuation. The EOS 1D cameras can "Mirror Lock-up w/Set" and 2, 3, 5 or 7 bracket exposures.
