I just downloaded Topaz Remask 2 the upgrade. I was happy to know it was free to those that had already purchased Topaz Remask. The upgrade has a cool refining brush and I think it will make the more difficult extractions easier. Looking forward to doing some more work w/ it. I just mastered the first one so of course they came out w/ an upgrade version!:D:p

Hi Denise
Glad you posted this about Remask 2.
As a subscriber to Topaz newsletter I got a USD $30.00 discount off the purchase price so price was $39.99.
Looks like they've gone one up on Adobe as available for Photoshop Elements and Paint Shop Pro.
Discount available to 10 December.
Early days for me yet as have never had chance to use Quick Mask but first couple of "Cut outs" show its value.
Cheers: Ian Mc

here is my first extraction with ReMask 2......takes some getting used to, but
the refine process is outstanding.
Ian, Yes the discount is huge IMO and the fact that they offered a free upgrade is great.
Dave, The refining process is outstanding-nice job w/ this one. I couldn't help but mess around w/ it all night.

Looks interesting. Still trying to justify the Topaz to Juanita, but soon! Maybe the jolly guy will get the idea. Just got the DAP which I am having fun with, so this will be next. Of course by then it won't be an upgrade! ;) Thanks for the info, Denise. Now do I get the Topaz or a wide format printer???? Decisions! :( :D
Nice image, Dave. The bar has been raised, I see.

Denise, Thanks for the news. I don't have any of the Topaz programs yet.
Dave, Wow, that is an incredible extraction. This is tempting, but I just keep thinking that you can make any program look good. You should get these programs for free. I'm sure a lot of folks buy them just seeing what you can do. That's why I got DAP. They should pay you. :D

Excellent edit Dave.
Really like how you kept the clingons on the underside of the branch !!!
Apart from the resizing & merge thing, the brushing around the edges is something I need to work on.
Did you blue brush then fine tune with green brush to bring back detail?
