David, I'm not seeing an image.
Smugmug must have been asleep. I'm seeing it now.
I'm still not getting it.
Hopefully I've fixed it.
David, I like the old photo feel to this. The vignette adds a nice touch IMO. There a a couple of smudges in the BG (above the horses rear-very very minor)but I would smooth them out before print. Very nicely done.
Love the old photo look to this, David! Excellent effects and toning. Like the pose too. Personally I would prefer a little more room on the right because the horse looks too centered as it is IMO.
Hi David,
I too love the old-world feel to this and the toning is perfect. Like Christopher, I think that I might add a little canvas to the right and see how it looks.
Best,
Nicki
I agree with a bit more canvas on right. I would also have liked the body position to be tilted a bit more towards the camera (think HA in Avian) so it doesn't feel like I'm missing the eye contact with the animal.
Very much like your toning and vignette - could possibly blend the transition on the vignette just a little more. Love the strength and muscle tone that shows in the animal. Nicely captured!
