Black-bellied Plover Shake

I converted to B&W then find edges then layer mode

I like the composition and technique(surprise). What I don't like is the areas of white with no detail around the breast area. I'd go ahead and burn the detail in(hopefully there is some)before the B&W, edges etc. regards~Bill

Bill, I hadn't noticed that -Thanks. I just checked the file and it has plenty of detail so I'll mask back in some detail there. I may as well do all the whites while I'm at it!! Good idea to darken that area down a bit before the effect. Will put that in my workflow from now on.Thanks for the help.Much appreciated.

Like the pose and low angle. Nice effect and colors.

Very nice Denise. The drops being sprayed off add to it and certainly nice effect and unusual technique. I like that.
