Mark, Nice color combo and the effect looks nice. I might try to lighten the head area and reveal the eye. Nicely done.
I agree w/ lightening up of the head area. Which might let us see the face a bit more. I like the effect on the water and the colors. Cropping seems tight. Overall you did a good job w/ the filters and the look.
